There are several different packages you can choose from, each one to suit different needs.
At Gym Training*:
• 1 - 6 sessions $90 a session • 7 - 12 sessions $85 a session • 13 - 18 sessions $80 a session • 19 - 24 sessions $75 a session • 25 sessions or more $70 a sessions *Antelope Valley residents, please call for special rates.
In Home Training:
• 1 - 8 sessions $100 a session • 9 - 16 sessions $90 a session • 17 - 24 sessions $80 a session • 25 sessions or more $70 a session
Nutritional Consultation and Program Design: $200 is a sit-down meeting where I will assess your current eating habits and exercise regimen and custom-design a nutritional lifestyle plan to help you obtain your goal.
Online Training: $350 is where i will design a diet and exercise program geared just for you. Every week you will e-mail me your stats and I will create a log and monitor your progress and using this information I will make any modifications necessary to your diet. This is an 8 week program with unlimited e-mail support.
Corporate Discount: For companies looking to help their employees focus on a healthier lifestyle, a corporate discount is offered. Executives please contact Mike for options and details for this program.
I train out of two locations depending on scheduling in an attempt to service anyone who is serious about health and fitness. I train as early as 1:30a.m. but am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week by appointment only.
I have recently expanded coverage to the Antelope Valley and train out of Monster Fitness in the evening.
I offer a FREE gym membership to any of the gyms that we will be training out of. What this means is that if we only train together three days a week you will still have full access to the gym 7 days a week and you would not have to be accompanied by me in order to use these memberships. This offer is only valid with 6 or more paid sessions. All sessions are one hour long and all sessions are paid for in advance.
