There are several different packages you can choose from, each one to suit different needs.
At Gym Training*:
• 1 - 6 sessions $80 a session
• 7 - 12 sessions $75 a session
• 13 - 18 sessions $70 a session
• 19 - 24 sessions $65 a session
• 25 sessions or more $60 a sessions

In Home Training:
• 1 - 8 sessions $100 a session
• 9 - 16 sessions $90 a session
• 17 - 24 sessions $80 a session
• 25 sessions or more $70 a session
Group Training:
1 - 3 people for $35 each per session
4 + people for $30 each per session
Take advantage of these reduced rates and train with your friends or family members. A great way to stay motivated is to work out with someone you know and who is working out just as hard as you if not harder. This is a great cost effective way to help ensure that you can afford the training and motivation that you need to achieve your goal of a healthier lifestyle.
Boot Camp Training:
$20 a session or purchase a month for $200. This will allow you to show up to any of the 3 sessions being held per week.
This is a great cost effective way to get in shape. Boot camp style training is a high intensity total body workout at a non stop pace geared at increasing your stamina and endurance, burning away calories, toning the body and building strength. You will push your body to the next level and sweat away all the unwanted fat and transform yourself into a new you.
Nutritional Consultation and Program Design: $200 is a sit-down meeting where I will assess your current eating habits and exercise regimen and custom-design a nutritional lifestyle plan to help you obtain your goal.
Online Training: $350 is where i will design a diet and exercise program geared just for you. Every week you will e-mail me your stats and I will create a log and monitor your progress and using this information I will make any modifications necessary to your diet. This is an 8 week program with unlimited e-mail support.
Corporate Discount: For companies looking to help their employees focus on a healthier lifestyle, a corporate discount is offered. Executives please contact Mike for options and details for this program.
I train out of three locations depending on scheduling in an attempt to service anyone who is serious about health and fitness. I train in West Los Angeles, Hollywood, and I have recently expanded to the Antelope Valley. I train as early as 1:30a.m. but am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week by appointment only.
All sessions are one hour long and all sessions are paid for in advance.
