Mike is not only an independent personal trainer and nutrition
consultant but he is also a fitness boot camp instructor.  He is
very diversified in many forms of training to better suite each and
every goal that you have for a fit and healthy lifestyle.  He has
worked with people who all have different goals but all have one
thing in common…they need Mikes help to get to that goal.  
Once they begun training with Mike their goals were achieved.
Mike has worked with people who have health problems such as
high blood pressure and diabetes and need to get into shape in
order to put those health issues under control.  

Mike not only helped them with an exercise and work out program
but he also helped to clean up their diet ensuring that all of their
hard work kept them on track to achieving their goals and not
allow it to go to waste.  Soon enough they lost the excess fat,
increased their muscle tone and development and helped to
increase their stamina and endurance which all were contributing
factors to controlling their health issues.

Mike is a perfectionist with a strong emphasis on safety and
technique first with added weight second.  Mike will never have
you do weights that you cannot control safely and properly.  Mike
is about getting results and not developing an ego.  If your whole
goal is just to throw around some heavy weight with no regard to
form and technique then Mike is not the trainer for you.  Mike will
teach you the right way to perform an exercise and movement
then integrate different styles of training such as FST-7, or cross
fit to achieve what you are looking for.
